About IKTBN Sepang
Higher National Youth Skills Institute (HNYSI) Sepang was started on May 01, 1990, enrolled 52 students. Its established the collaboration with the Government of Malaysia represented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Hindustan Machine Tools (HMT) Company representing the Country of India. Where the company was appointed as a contractor that acts on packages for construction work, machinery and equipment and related services.
HNYSI Sepang is one of the 22 institutions belongs to Ministry of Youth & Sports. Youth Skills Development Division (YSDD) under the Ministry of Youth & Sports classified as Public Skills Training Institution (PSTI) with an area of 63.03 acres.
HNYSI Sepang is a Center for Mechanical Engineering Excellence under the YSDD and with a great partnership with the Department of Skills Development (DSD), Energy Commission (ST) and a franchise programs with University Technology Malaysia (UTM). HNYSI has 60 faculty members and 36 Student Affairs and Administration staff. The HNYSI Sepang has added with training facilities, accommodation and others need for 600 students.
